Muscle Park

Come along to our BURN class and know that is exactly what you are going to feel. Cardio conditioning will be a main focus in this class, putting you through your paces in 4 stations with decreasing rep counts. With a huge array of equipment and never ending exercise options; the excitement will have you coming back time and time again. All fitness levels welcome.

Muscle Park

Lift is a purely strength class where proper lifting techniques are broken down so you can feel confident and safe to lift heavy. Perform compound movements such as deadlifts, hip thrusts, strict press, back squat and more with the use of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells. Working through low reps and sets in a 6 minute time frame. A great class for all fitness levels.

Group Training Room

Learn how to move well and understand the main principles of Pilates with this low impact class. Strengthen your entire body and improve postural alignment primarily focusing on bodyweight exercises. Finish the class with a beautiful stretch to find length in your muscles and leave you feeling refreshed.

This class will emphasise the use of your lower body, targeting the abs, defining the thighs and lifting the glutes. ABT uses Pilates concepts and multi-planar methods to assist you in creating leaner muscles with a strong core. In just 45 minutes you will feel the fire in your lower body with the help of weights and resistance bands.

Get moving with a mix of all your favourite functional elements, including the use of steppers, barbells and bodyweight sequences, to deliver a total body burn. Using EMOM and alternative high-intensity interval timings bundled into one, your body will be challenged to improve mobility, strength and overall fitness in no time.

This class is created to make the absolute most out of just 45 minutes! You will complete a sequence of drills at 10-12 timed stations focusing on full body strength and conditioning. This High Intensity Interval Training workout will utilise a variety of different equipment to push your workout to the next level. All fitness levels welcome.

A complete Yoga flow taking you through full body movement sequences and Yoga postures. Using guided breath work to support relaxation of the mind plus increased awareness of the breath and body. Your instructor will take you through many Yoga principles, such as Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha. All levels welcome.

Cycle Room

This class is your complete cycle experience offering all riding positions and techniques. Be motivated by dynamic music, energetic coaching and a high energy atmosphere. Your coach will guide you through the use of gears and RPMs to make the most of your workout, teaching you how to ride with precision; all in 45 minutes. Gold’s Cycle will leave you feeling strong and accomplished; and ready to take on the day.

Immerse yourself in our Cycle HIIT class where you know you will get what you came for. If you want to build muscle definition and gain cardiovascular fitness in just 30 minutes, this is the class for you. A rollercoaster of high intensity training that will push your body past what you thought possible.

Muscle Park

Scientifically proven to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, Tabata training is the way to workout. This class uses the traditional timing of 20 seconds of maximal effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, to offer you a 30 minute class with the X factor! All fitness levels welcome.
