A complete Yoga flow taking you through full body movement sequences and Yoga postures. Using guided breath work to support relaxation of the mind plus increased awareness of the breath and body. Your instructor will take you through many Yoga principles, such as Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha. All levels welcome.

This high-intensity class focuses on heavy resistance training, dynamic functional movements, and exercises like sled pushes, sled pulls, and sandbag lunges. Participants will work on generating maximum force and improving muscular endurance while maintaining proper technique under load. Ideal for athletes looking to gain strength and confidence in the more power-focused stations, this class will
help you unleash your inner strength and dominate every challenge on race day.

The HYROX Engine is a training methodology focused on enhancing both endurance and strength to prepare athletes for the demands of HYROX competitions. It emphasizes functional fitness by integrating running intervals with strength-based exercises, simulating the event’s unique format of eight 1-kilometer runs paired with functional workout stations. The HYROX Engine builds cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and overall performance, making it ideal for anyone aiming to excel in hybrid fitness events. It’s a structured yet scalable approach, suitable for athletes at all levels.

HYROX Complete is a full-body conditioning class designed to prepare you for the demands of a HYROX race. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class combines functional strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and skill work to build the stamina, power, and efficiency needed for race day. Expect a mix of running intervals, sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and more—all delivered in a structured, progressive format. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX or aiming for a new personal best, HYROX Complete has everything you need to
perform at your peak.

PRIMAL, a dynamic 45-minute ground-based bodyweight class, seamlessly fusing the power and grace of Animal Flow with the primal intensity of ZUU. In this raw fusion of movement, PRIMAL transcends traditional workouts, building incredible joint health and unlocking your untapped inner strength and power. No experience required.
