This kettlebell class will harness your own power to move through primal movements, learning to perfect kettle bell movements such as the Swing, Clean, Push Press, Hard Press, Half Snatch, Snatch and Jerk. This is a skill-based class that hones your technique with continued training.

This class will emphasise the use of your lower body, targeting the abs, defining the thighs and lifting the glutes. ABT uses Pilates concepts and multi-planar methods to assist you in creating leaner muscles with a strong core. In just 45 minutes you will feel the fire in your lower body with the help of weights and resistance bands.

A complete Yoga flow taking you through full body movement sequences and Yoga postures. Using guided breath work to support relaxation of the mind plus increased awareness of the breath and body. Your instructor will take you through many Yoga principles, such as Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha. All levels welcome.

This class is your complete cycle experience offering all riding positions and techniques. Be motivated by dynamic music, energetic coaching and a high energy atmosphere. Your coach will guide you through the use of gears and RPMs to make the most of your workout, teaching you how to ride with precision; all in 45 minutes. Gold’s Cycle will leave you feeling strong and accomplished; and ready to take on the day.
