What started out in 1965 as a small gym in Venice beach, California has since become the world’s most iconic gym – Gold’s Gym. Over the last 55 years, bodybuilding greats such as Arnold Schwarzennegger, Lou Ferrigno and Franco Columbo all trained here. This is your opportunity to build your legacy with the rich history and cult status of Gold’s Gym. You’ll start to see changes to the look and feel of the club, paying homage to most iconic gym in the world.

We’re so grateful for your loyalty. As a way of saying thank you for continuing to train with us, your membership rate and agreement will remain the same, and we will guarantee this for 6 months. This process will be automatic and won’t require any further action from you.

Your membership is currently valid at Gold’s Gym Yeerongpilly only, however you are more than welcome to visit any of our locations by using a Gold’s Gym Travel Pass. Please see reception for more info.

Creche Timetable
8:30am – 11:30am: Monday to Saturday
The cost is $3 per child per visit. Alternatively you are welcome to purchase a 10 visit pass for $27.50 at reception.

You can expect HIIT classes ranging from express through to the full 45 min workout. Specialty classes like boxing and yoga will also be making an appearance.
All classes are instructor led and included with your membership. More info to come!
Your current, amazing staff won’t be going anywhere. We do antipciate to continue building our team with some brand new smiling faces as we begin to grow though!

Our functional training area ‘Muscle Park’ features our iconic Venice green wall and full length sled track. Our dedicated group training rooms are equipped with Les Mills equipment & programming.
The club also features large Locker Rooms with all the modern conveniences, 24/7 member access, a fully supervised kid’s creche, retail shop stocked with Gold’s Gear, nutrition and supplements; and a neighbouring Raw Energy cafe with nutritious smoothies, juices and eats.
