Experience change with the Gold’s Gym Challenge

In 8 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to transform your mind, body and soul.

Participants begin their new year Challenge journey with initial measurements and photographs. Then, 8 weeks later, final measurements and photographs are taken to document results.

Each participating Gold’s Gym chooses their local winners who are then judged to find the National Winner for Australia. Local prizes and National prizes are up for grabs, along with glory and bragging rights!
