Over 1,400 square metres of floor spaces is home to squat racks, free weights and pin loaded machines by Technogym & Gym80, both pioneers and leaders in the industry. Plus huge functional fitness areas and designer studios to host over 35 group Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates and HIIT classes.
At the entrance of the club you’ll find retail space where members and guests can grab a coffee or smoothie, check kids into Kid’s Club, and purchase Gold’s Gym merchandise, supplements and recovery equipment.
Gold’s prides itself on bringing the community of a boutique gym to the convenience of a 24/7 club. Through regular member challenges and personalised fitness support, Gold’s Gym is building to biggest family in fitness.
