Fitness Journey
I fell in love with lifting when I was 16, after recovering from an eating disorder which I battled for several years. The gym taught me how to believe in myself, and to value being strong over being skinny. It saved my life. I knew then that I wanted to help others unlock the same benefits, to fall in love with lifting and find confidence through fitness. I’ve been working in the industry since I was 18, and the same ‘why’ drives me to this date!

I’m extremely passionate about helping clients build a fitness routine they want to maintain long term. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but rather lasting lifestyle change built around solid habits.
I love helping women become fitter, stronger and more confident both in and out of the gym, and learn how to be kinder to themselves and their bodies.
